Booking & Cancellation Policy

If you have questions about which treatment may be most suitable, please contact us before booking. Recommendations are offered with care and without pressure.

If you need to change or cancel an existing appointment, please contact us directly and refer to our booking and cancellation policy.

Appointments are reserved specifically for each guest. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact Sol & Jade as early as possible.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit or prepayment.

Guests who do not attend a confirmed appointment without notice may be charged the full treatment fee.

Late arrival may reduce the available treatment time in order to avoid delaying the next guest. Where possible, the team will do its best to accommodate you.
